I FINALLY did it. I got the balls ( & the time ) to create an actual workout video.
Because I’m not technically a fitness professional, the thought of creating content as if I AM one made me a bit anxious. I’ll admit– I’ve been putting it off.
But, I’m a blogger. My only job is to try new things, get creative, & document my experiences. I’m supposed to focus on sharing what works for me.
So, I’m sharing my quick 8-minute booty workout with y’all. I’m not a professional trainer, but this workout gets the job done for me & it’ll definitely induce a booty BURN.
You can do this workout 2-3x if you’re feelin’ saucy, and if you don’t have a resistance band at home, you can do it without the resistance band! Make it work with what you have.
