Hi beebs!
As many of you saw via Instagram last weekend, I got together with a few of my blogger besties to take a mini road trip up to Malibu. I’m ALWAYS content with Kristen, Molly & Javvy by my side. Those are my ride-or-die blog beebs.
Saturday morning, we threw on our Cotton On gear, hopped in a classic Cadillac, & headed up the PCH, stopping for photos, food & the ocean view of our dreams.
I thought I would share our day’s itinerary with y’all, as well as the comfy, casual Cotton On gear I chose for this adventure. There were a number of outfit changes, because we’re EXTRA & each location demanded a new look.
I mean, this IS my job, okay?? Wearing clothes is serious business.
Also something I learned over the course of our road trip: living in Southern California never gets old.
Our PCH Road Trip with Cotton On: The Itinerary
9 AM: Breakfast at Bondi Harvest
We started the day in Santa Monica with acai bowls & almond lattes at Bondi Harvest, a hidden gem for a healthy breakfast. I put on my Cotton On velour pullover and trackie pants, both in a blush pink tone, because the weather can be a bit chilly in the morning at this time of year.
10:30 AM: Chill at Paradise Cove
We rolled up to Paradise Cove, a Malibu hot-spot in our fun red Cadillac to chill, take in the view, & shoot some photos. Paradise Cove is one of the only spots in Malibu where you can actually eat & drink on the beach, so it’s a great place to spend a Saturday. I paired a playful graphic tee with some high-rise denim for a casual weekend-approved look.
1 PM: Lunch at Neptune’s Net
We grabbed fish tacos & fried chicken at Neptune’s Net for lunch, a staple restaurant deep in Malibu. The vibe was, you guessed it, casual & laid back, as the vibe in Malibu always affords. I threw on an athletic-inspired knit, some black jeggings, and a black pom-pom beanie for this location.
3 PM: Shoot along the PCH
We stopped along the PCH to take advantage of the STUNNING views & our sweet car to snag a few cute group photos. It would be WRONG to not schedule in time for the particular activity. I wore a blush knit & casual destroyed jeans.
4:30 PM: Hang at Will Roger’s State Beach
Our last stop was the beach, where I made my last change into a graphic white tee, jeans, & a customized denim jacket ( if y’all want something with a more personal touch, Cotton On has your BACK ). We huddled up on the beach and LOLed about basically everything for a bit before heading back into LA.
Overall, WHAT AN EPIC DAY. Cute clothes, beautiful locations, all my friends. What could be better??
Cotton On has become one of my go-to brands for knitwear, denim, and updated basics, like graphic tees & hoodies. It’s just one of those brands that makes getting dressed EASY, ya know?
Any SoCal girls have more must-stop locations on the PCH?? I’m always down for a mini Malibu road trip.
Hope everyone is having a good week so far! Talk soon. xx
