So today’s post is all about this sweet little Bellini made with Wild Poppy juice ( a brand I was introduced to recently and fell absolutely head-over-heels for ) & champs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
♥ Wild Poppy Organic Peach Vanilla Juice
♥ Champagne ( I used Barefoot Bubbly because I’m a poor college kid )
HOW-TO:
♥ Fill champagne flute 3/4ths of the way up with champagne.
♥ Finish off with a splash of Wild Poppy Juice!
A little bit about Wild Poppy: all of their juices are made in small batches with organic fruit grown in California. Then, they add organic agave nectar & spices to add something a little different to each flavor. The ingredients are simple, all-organic, and super fresh. You can find Wild Poppy in Whole Foods, Target, Fresh & Easy, & Fresh Markets nation-wide.
For this drink ( I have a few more little cocktail recipes with Wild Poppy coming up soon! ), I went with a simple little mimosa/bellini idea. I was eating at The Ivy a couple of days ago, and I indulged in one of their famous bellinis, so I thought why not replicate that taste at home?? The vanilla flavor adds a little somethin’ somethin’ to an otherwise normal, everyday peach bellini ( & now I am never making a morning mixer without it! ). It’s so interesting & different.
Wild Poppy also makes a Blood Orange Chili juice ( w/ tequila, anyone? ), Peppermint Lemonade, & Grapefruit Ginger juice ( MY ABSOLUTE FAV ). Like I said, I’ll be experimenting will all of these juices to make some stellar, ‘clean’ cocktails. I can’t wait to show y’all the rest!
In other news, I’m spending my last week in LA exploring non-stop. Today, I’m trying out a Lipo Detox massage & running around town, trying to get my life in order. I’m still recovering from the weekend, because I had a friend in town from Texas & I obviously had to show her the best time ever. Dying.

PS: I had to snap a quick pic of one of my favorite For Love & Lemons dresses ever. It’s a really old style, but I can’t wait to wear it to Aggie Football games this year! SO perfect. I’ll try to find it online for y’all, because I’ve had a couple of people ask me about it already. It may be in my upcoming gameday guide, where I’ll be finding cool stuff for all of you college girls to wear on football game days!
