HOW CUTE IS THIS LIL’ HALLOWEEN COCKTAIL CONCOCTION??
Upon finding this recipe via SkinnyGirl, I didn’t expect the color to be so festive. It’s seriously glowing green! I’ve adapted the original recipe a little, & I used some Vodka I had on-hand, rather than buying the SkinnyGirl kind.
I’m SO pumped to sip my skinny witch’s brew, throw on a fashion-girl-approved costume, & do some Halloween activities this weekend ( LOL– it’s Monday & I’m already thinking about the weekend ).
BTW– this cocktail is SO yum, too. It’s not too sweet, AND it covers up the vodka-y taste ( because ew ).
I got a little taste of Halloween last weekend at the Maxim event, but I’m ready for some more laid-back vibes coming up. Maxim was… a little more overstimulating than I’m usually in for. But INTERESTING, nonetheless.
What You’ll Need
(1) 6-Package of Lime Gelatin
(2) Cups of Boiling Water
(3) Cups of Chilled Pineapple Juice
(1) Chilled 2-Liter Bottle of Fresca
(2) Cups Chilled Vodka
… you’ll also need a large bowl & serving spoon!
How-To
1. Pour lime gelatin into a large bowl, & pour boiling water over it. Stir until dissolved ( about 2 minutes ).
2. Add in pineapple juice, the bottle of Fresca, & the vodka.
3. Let cool to room temperature or refrigerate for later use.
How simple is that? It’s actually the most perfect Halloween cocktail EVER. This witch’s brew is the most skinny-girl-approved recipe I’ve seen for Halloween cocktails online, while also being easy to make & SO YUM.
That’s it for today, y’all! Keeping it short & sweet due to my crazy-busy Monday schedule.
As per usual, snap me your concoctions if you’re brewing some of this good stuff this weekend! I wannnnna seeeeee!
Talk soon. xx
NOTE — my skinny witch’s brew is for those of you over 21, beebs!
