I’m back in LA after a family trip to Durango, CO. We have a house out there, because my grandparents have always loved that mountain town, so we make sure to head to CO every summer for family time.
I did a full post on our house there two years ago, & you can find that here.
Our place is on some land just outside of Durango where we have some space to run around, explore on the 4-wheelers, shoot, & just generally get away from other people.
On top of being relatively secluded, my grandparents don’t believe in wifi ( kill me ). This is why I refer to our Durango house as a ‘hideaway.’ Not shockingly, it’s very similar to my grandparents’ East Texas home, where, again, they don’t believe in wifi.
I understand the positive aspects of being disconnected, but this girl has a JOB to DO, & that job relies on being connected to the internet. So, I dragged my family into town every day to grab coffee & find wifi. LOL. They put up with me.
Durango is SUCH a cute little town, & I always love visiting, but I’m SO happy to be back in LA, perched on my balcony with my iced coffee & wifi.
Moving on to the point of today’s post: This ASOS Festival look.
ASOS is an online style destination that I always find myself coming back to, because they carry a large curation of products. I consistently find the best product for the best price. I’ve been an ASOS fiend for YEARS.
Right now, their festival edit includes everything you need to put together an ideal festival look, no matter your personal style. They have EVERYTHING.
One-stop shopping is key. I’ve partnered with ASOS to share with y’all the festival look of my personal-style dreams.
For me, an ideal festival outfit is as functional as it is cute. For festivals like Coachella and Austin City Limits ( the ones I like best ), beating the heat is just as important as looking like a million bucks.
Right now, I’m really into lingerie-style tops paired with denim. A top like this one brings AND beats the heat. Ya see what I did there??? I paired my longline bralette with a black denim mini, because the denim mini is BACK, beebuses.
I kept my shoes & accessories simple, wearing some must-have black booties, reflective shades, dainty jewels, & a high-end bag.

Basically, ASOS festival just kills it. I’d also love these boots with this look.
My roommate & photographer, Claire, captured this outfit perfectly at the Melrose Trading Post here in LA ( the IT place to pick up vintage accessories to wear with your festival outfits, I might add! ).
What are y’all wearing to festivals this summer?? Anyone else into the lingerie trend?
Wishing all of you a productive week. Talk soon. xx
