Ya know whats also pretty rad? The top & skirt, together, are less than $100. If you don’t live under a rock, you’ve probably seen this type of button-up skirt on every fashion blogger that has ever lived. Still… I absolutely love it. It’s a denim skirt done right…. i.e. not channeling my 1998, tight-as-shit, destroyed hem minis from hell ( which could only be worn pre-puberty… because otherwise: hooker-mania ).
This color scheme is also my new FAV. Usually, I’m into earthly tones/all white, but lately, I’ve been going for brighter, warmer tones. An odd transition…. blah blah blah, *insert more analysis of my person style here*.
Moving on.
Pricklie Pear ( the badass etsy store that this choker is from ) is my new obsession. Amanda ( the HBIC of PP ) is the cooliest of the cool, and she is seriously talented when it comes to making jewelry. This choker is so perfect to add a little western/Texas-y flair to an otherwise feminine outfit ( & it’s perfect for you UT gals! ), which is my favorite thing ever. Also, it’s only $25. Steal. Get one in every color.
